It has an innovative formula, an ultra pigmented black colour creates a precise and long-lasting line.  Its compact texture becomes creamy upon contact with water.  It dries incredibly fast without flaking, leaving a clean line that will not smudge.  Gives a smoky & soft effect for an intense & hypnotic look. 

Humidify the Eyeliner Brush #54. and use it to apply the eyeliner by sweeping it across the palette.  Lift the eyelid to draw the line, always directing it to the centre of the lid (outer corner to middle, inner corner to middle). It draws a thin and precise line with a long-lasting result.
