We are conveniently in 2 locations first Sydney’s central business district, right next door to the Apple Store 375 George Street in King Georges Chambers Building Level 3, Suite 312. Town Hall train station and Wynard Train station being only 5 minutes walk to the salon.

What brands do you stock?
We are a Revlon Professional salon. Revlon is a renowned global brand recognised for their technological innovation, premium ingredients and education for all of their professional users plus Ammonia free products.

Why are some prices “from“ a certain amount?
Prices can vary between each individual due to many factors. Length, condition and desired result all contribute to the price. For example, if someone has waist-length, dyed black hair and wants to go platinum blonde, this cost will vary greatly to someone who has shoulder-length dark blonde hair and wants to go lighter.
How long will permanent hair colour last?
Permanent hair colour will stay in your hair until it has grown out completely, however, can fade slightly over time depending on the colour of your hair before dyeing. Depending on how quickly your hair grows, we recommend getting your roots coloured every 3-8 weeks to ensure that your new growth matches the colour that is put on the ends.
Does semi-permanent hair colour wash out? How fast does the colour fade?
Only permanent hair colour will stay in your hair until it has grown out or cut out of your hair. Semi-permanent hair colour washes out of your hair and doesn’t leave a regrowth line that needs to be coloured.
The rate of colour fading will depend on your lifestyle and how often you wash your hair. For example, clients that swim regularly and are in the sun often will find that their colour will fade quicker then those people who tend not to do these things.
Can I wash my hair normally with my colour in?
Yes, you can wash your hair normally, however, we advise that you do not wash your hair every day as this will reduce the longevity of your colour (it will fade faster!) In order to preserve your beautiful colour, we can recommend specialised shampoo and conditioner for your individual hair type, available for purchase in-salon.
Do I have to use any specific products for coloured hair at home?
We stock a range of amazing professional products that are compatible with coloured hair, that you can purchase to take home with you. These are your best bet for ensuring that your products do not strip your colour out or make it fade too quickly.
With blondes, we do recommend using a silver/purple shampoo, which ensures that your colour stays a beautiful creamy blonde and doesn’t go too warm or brassy.
For coloured hair, we would also recommend using a treatment at least once a week to ensure that your hair stays healthy and soft. Our stylists can provide lots of advice on this if you’re not sure where to start!
How do I take care of my blonde colour?
We recommend a silver/purple shampoo to ensure your blonde stays fresh and doesn’t go too warm or brassy. We also recommend using UV protection in your styling products to make sure you do not get significant colour change.
These products are available for purchase in-salon.

Please note: Our guarantee is limited to the services you received with us originally. It is also important to understand that there may be limitations to what we can do in the first place! For example, if you have dyed black hair and want to go platinum blonde, we may not be able to get there in just one session. This is why we offer a complimentary consultation before any service commences to ensure that you know about the possible limitations of your request. We aim to be as transparent and open as possible regarding what you can expect the outcome to be.

How long do hair extensions last for?
Depending on the extension brand the client chooses hair extensions can last between 6 months to 1 year. To ensure the longevity of extensions, we recommend following the advice of our specialists about how to care for your extensions at home.
Can I wash my hair with hair extensions in?
Yes, you can wash your hair as normal with extensions in. The only requirement is that you are gentle when working shampoo into your hair – scrubbing too vigorously can cause matting in the root area. You will also need to ensure that you are not using a protein based shampoo and conditioner to keep your extensions in good condition.
Can I colour my hair with hair extensions in?
Absolutely! We can maintain your regrowth as per normal and going darker is a breeze. Going lighter is definitely possible, however, we generally recommend against it as this can compromise the longevity and condition on the extensions.
Using lighter coloured extensions can also give you instant balayage and ombre, without the dye and chemicals!
Can I style / blow dry / straighten or curl my hair with extensions in?
You can treat the hair extensions as if it were your own natural hair and can blow dry, straighten and curl as per normal. The only restriction is not getting direct heat from your irons on the bond itself which will ensure that your extension will give you longevity and not compromise the condition on your extensions.
What happens if some of the hair extensions fall out?
Some fall out is completely normal, however, we do offer a complimentary follow-up service to assess how the extensions are holding following application. We can also offer a complimentary service where if any of your extensions slip out we will place them back in free of charge. All you have to do is come into salon with the strands that have slipped out and we will reattach them which only takes a few minutes.
